Can we use the Shuttle for more than one trip?

The distance between the hotel and venue dictates whether you can reuse one small shuttle or if you need a large coach bus. A single pre-wedding shuttle window is usually 60 minutes long.

• Under 15 Minutes Apart: A single shuttle can make two round trips (loops) before the ceremony. A 25-passenger mini-bus can transport 50 total guests this way.
• Over 20 Minutes Apart: A shuttle can only make one trip before the ceremony begins. You must book enough total seats to move everyone at the exact same time.

What Sized Shuttles should i we considering?

• 1-6 Passengers (Mini Van/ Suburban): Best for a couple people/ Brides and Grooms private escort back to hotels and venues
• 12 to 15 Passengers (Passenger Vans): Best for small bridal parties, VIPs, or short, continuous hotel-to-venue loops.

Why do you only offer Day rates?

We operate exclusively on full-day rates because our vehicles and drivers are dedicated to your Wedding. Since most weddings share the same timeline—starting between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM and ending between 9:00 PM and midnight—it is logistically impossible for a driver or vehicle to service another event on your wedding date.

By booking a full-day rate, you secure total flexibility. Our drivers are usually near your venue for the entire duration of your event. This ensures we are available for early guest shuttles, multiple pickup loops, or unexpected early departures, giving you and your guests seamless, worry-free transportation from start to finish.

When do we have to decide What bus were booking?

We recommend finalizing your vehicle sizes right after you receive your final RSVPs, which typically happens a few weeks before your wedding.

While we understand that headcounts can shift up until the week of the wedding, we highly encourage you and your guests to utilize your custom signup page early.
